These terms govern your use of dentworxaz.com and the services of DentWorx Paintless Dent Repair (“DentWorx,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting an estimate, you agree to them.

Estimates

Photo-based estimates are preliminary and subject to change after in-person inspection. Final pricing depends on the size, depth, location, and accessibility of the damage.

Messaging terms

By submitting our estimate form, you authorize DentWorx Paintless Dent Repair to text/call the number you provided for informational/transactional messages, possibly using automated means. If you check the promotional opt-in box, you also authorize promotional messages. Msg/data rates apply, and msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Service

• Paintless dent repair results depend on the condition of the panel and paint; some damage is not a PDR candidate, and we will tell you when it is not.
• Mobile service requires a safe, legal workspace for our technician and adequate lighting or shade; we may reschedule for weather or site conditions.
• Payment is due when the repair is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Warranty

Our paintless dent repair work is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It does not cover new damage, pre-existing paint defects, or corrosion.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, our liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
